As some of the questions tend to come over and over, we have created this FAQ section, where maybe also your question is answered.

Shipping

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we do offer international shipping to almost every country in the world.
The only countries we currently not shipping to is: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

How long are your shipping time?

The shipping time all depends on your location and what shipping method you choose to pick.
Here are the shipping times for each shipping method we offer to North America:

  • Overnight: next day delivery in the US
  • Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
  • Standard: 3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada
  • Economy: 5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally
  • No rush: 10-20 business days internationally

For orders shipped to a European destination also depends on the shipping method you choose to pick, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days.

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order that you will have to add to your shipping time. (Not if you pick the overnight shipping available in US)

Can I track my order?

Yes, all our shipping methods have tracking.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

My parcel haven't arrived yet, what do I do?

Here is what you can do in order to follow up on your order:

Check the link in the mail you got when you ordered and look out for your estimated delivery date. Maybe you are just impatient and the package is supposed to arrive anytime soon?

Due to the tracking link my parcel should have arrived a few days ago?

Easiest and fastest thing to do: Write down your tracking number and contact your local post office.

You will find the tracking number within the mailing we have sent you to confirm the shipping of your order) Maybe your product is there waiting for you? 

If this is not the case, now it is time to contact us! We are happy to help you.

Returns

Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unused product. We find that we have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on unopened product that have not been tampered with.

How do I make a return?

You must contact us first at ([email protected]) within 48 hours of receiving your order. All products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and condition or a return will not be issued.

We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and we suggest that you send your return tracked and obtain proof of postage in case the return gets lost as Quoteflow will not be responsible for lost returns..
